Nous m\u00e9morisons plus facilement les \u00e9pisodes n\u00e9gatifs car le cerveau se concentre plus sur les menaces de l&#8217;environnement afin d&#8217;apprendre de ses d\u00e9convenues et de survivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ateliers de yoga du rire sont une solution pour profiter des bienfaits du rire. Antistress, antid\u00e9presseur, meilleure digestion, et d\u00e9veloppement du souffle sont parmi les bienfaits du rire d\u00e9montr\u00e9s scientifiquement.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qu&#8217;un atelier de yoga du rire?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c&#8217;est un moment en groupe, o\u00f9 en 1h30 nous revisitons les piliers du bien \u00eatre (mouvement, jeux, danses et chant) et finissons par des &#8220;postures de rires&#8221;.
